Online applications for CLAT 2023 are scheduled to be held on December 18 and will continue to remain open until November 13. The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) enrollment period will begin today, August 8, according to the Consortium of National Law Universities. At consortiumofnlus.ac.in, online applications for CLAT 2023, which is planned to take place on December 18, will be accepted until November 13. Both undergraduate and postgraduate legal programmes participate in CLAT.
Students who have completed LLB or are in the last year of the LLB programme may apply for CLAT LLM, and those who have passed Class 12 or are taking the board test may apply for CLAT UG.
Students must obtain 45% or its equivalent on the qualifying test for CLAT UG and 50% on the qualifying exam for CLAT PG. For pupils in the reserved category, there are exceptions.
Steps to apply for CLAT 2023
- Applicants first need to register themselves at the CLAT 2023 website by using their individual mobile number and their email ID.
- Once you carry forward the process of registration, you will receive an OTP that wil be sent to your registered mobile number for verification.
- After the mobile number is verified you can log in using your registered mobile number and also the password that has been given at the time of registration.
- The next step asks you to fill out the application carefully.
- By paying the application fee, submit the CLAT 2023 application form.
Note: once the application is submitted and paid there is no scope for changing the program, category and BPL field. Any upgradation to the application form will not be entertained once the closing date is over.
