India is rich in culture and diversity. Here every other state has its own language and rituals and together we form one of the largest democracies in the world. Today we are here to celebrate one of the official languages of India, i.e Hindi. World Hindi Day (Hindi Diwas) is celebrated on January 10 every year to mark the adoption of Hindi written in Devanagari script as one of the official languages of India. The day is celebrated by organizing various events and programs in schools, colleges, and other institutions to promote the use and study of the Hindi language. The celebration of Hindi Diwas is an effort to popularize the language not only within India but also globally. The government of India, as well as various private organizations, actively participate in the celebration of World Hindi Day. The day is observed in various countries around the world where Hindi is spoken, including India, Nepal, Fiji, Mauritius, and Suriname. The day is marked by various events and activities, such as language competitions, cultural programs, and debates, to celebrate the rich culture and heritage of the Hindi language.
